Hey everyone, a few quick announcements!

First, as announced yesterday, Showan is dropping the game and as a result is stepping down from her modding duties. Showan was a great mod and joined the team with a can-do attitude that really helped us work through staffing changed, please join me in thanking her for all of her assistance while she modded with us!

Second, please join me in welcoming Stark to the mod team! Stark has been a dedicated and passionate member for much of the game’s life, and we are excited to have her joining us!

Third, our next event will begin Midnight EDT on Sunday April 3rd. This will be a major plot event, the city of Gigas is opening its doors to the players. There will be an open mingle in the first week for characters to explore the city, followed by some investigation logs that may involve some combat in the latter part of the week. Sign-ups and more details will be provided when the event begins.

Hey all, Kitsu here. Just dropping by to say that I regretfully am dropping Ahri and with that, the game. It's not something I took lightly as I've enjoyed being here so much. It was a first time for me as joining an AU game but it's been nothing but fantastic after I got past my own hiccups. Sadly life has turned a bit uphill and I'm struggling to juggle things and I don't feel It'd be fair to not dedicate the time and attention this place deserves and that I want to give. So I don't want to sit on a character with a wonderful cast either so it came as a hard desicion. Maybe I can hit ya'll up again in the future when things are smoother for me.

Till then, stay wonderful folks, till the next adventure.

Gamewise, Ahri finally decided to just go into the wilds till she manages to clear up her thoughts on humans. It's been a struggle but she met amazing people who she'll hold dearly forever. She didn't leave without letting them know however, definitely Ezreal, Sophia, Gwendolyn, etc. Anyone who had a big impact on her.

Anyways, made this TLDR without meaning too. Stay cool peeps.

Hey, folks. Nick here introducing a second character: the amazing Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden.

Harry here is the world's first practicing wizard/private eye. In this universe he's a bit of a rogue Mage on the run from some stuffy grudgeholders in Sanctuary laying low in Sanctuary and eking out a living in the P.I. game.

He's an okay guy. Just out to make a living in a tough world. Looking forward to launching him into this whole thing which I'll do... eventually!

Granted, she's no alien here, and not an idol just yet either - in fact she's coming to Union from Caldera to get that very problem squared away, while waiting tables on the side to pay for her dream. Anyways, I'm still getting my info page figured out and then I'll work on some planning posts and all that jazz, but I wanted to get this intro up here since I've been accepted for a few days anyways.

This is Cyan from Show By Rock!! Canonly she is a normal highschool girl who got sucked into her cellphone rhythm game and is tasked with saving the world by playing the guitar. In BNW she's going to be a Gigan-born Fairy/Psychic Enhanced who's wandering into Union with little to no memory of who she is or what's going on, just that she's supposed to help somehow. With something. She's still working on that part.

The groups of travelers have returned to Union. One group of diplomats spoke to a prominent farmer from Crescent, Gigas's agricultural region. The farmer refused to divulge information about Gigas's military structure or drafts but stressed how much the people of Crescent, themselves, desire peace and harmony between Gigas and Union.

One group met directly with Brigadier General Valeria and obtained terms for a ceasefire. With the borders properly mapped and conditions for peace forged, hostilities between the Union alliance and Gigas will cease.

In Refuge, one group uncovered a lost Megastone factory, and while much of the data on the stones themselves was corrupted they managed to return with a veritable treasure trove of Megastones that will be awarded to all log participants.

Another group in Refuge uncovered data on an ancient Pokemon known as “Mewtwo”. This Pokemon was created by humankind and is said to have lead an army of cloned Pokemon against humanity during the war.

Another group located an Elite Four Encampment near Glacier and recovered a coded message to their command. Codebreakers are already at work on the message, but it will take some time and likely player character involvement to crack the code.

The final group came across an unsettling egg just outside of Glacier. An enormous black thing, it was the source of a deadly taint that had begun to spread across the tundra. Thanks to timely intervention by the characters, a large number of wild pokemon were saved from a disturbing and painful death, and the taint was purged with fire by the people of Glacier.

hello bnw! i'm kou and here i have for you is one insanely glittery magical girl, kanade minamino of suite precure♪ fame! (that's the one with all the music, talking cats, and insane ringpop fairies, if you couldn't tell.)

in canon, she's the arguably better half of a magical, monster-fighting duo. she's the brains of the equation, but is still prone to being a bit of a dweeb, all of her perfectionism and tough love aside. as a civilian, she's a baking whirlwind, shoving cakes and tea in the faces of all of her friends. as cure rhythm, she's a froofy bundle of ruffles and glitter, ready to melee the stuffing out of all the monsters of the week. (sadly, she's not very good at the hot-blooded thing, but she tries.)

in bnw, she's mostly the same as a civilian — she helps run her family's bakery/cafe, the lucky spoon. it's a long standing establishment that operates as a breakfast/lunch restaurant for tea, coffee, baked goods and fancy catering/events. it has a small bed-and-breakfast level for travelers, if anyone would like previous cr from either of those things! her family has dipped a few fingers into union's agricultural business and is very attentive to its state.

Sssso seeing as I did absolutely literally nothing in February this is probably not surprising to anyone, but. I'm gonna go ahead and bite the bullet and let Honoka go. I've been on shaky standing with her voice for a long time now, and not having AC for last month really just cinches it. I wanna thank everyone I had CR with because you were all amazing and exquisitely patient with me while I struggled to keep up with her, and simultaneously I also want to apologize to especially Jami, Lisa and Ax, for Hayato, Right and Rei who were her closest CR points. v__v;

Chances are sometime in the next month or so I'll come back with someone else since this game has been such a home space for me for over a year now, but until then, stay beautiful you crazy diamonds. ♥

Hi I'm Eric and I play Morgiana. Here comes my next attempt at getting a second character to stick: Mustrum Ridcully from the Discworld series to join the venerable ranks of Old Farts. He's a wizard who spends more time going fishing or shooting at birds than he does actually doing magic, and that somehow ended him up as the Archchancellor of his world's greatest school of magic where he tries to get a whole bunch of elderly and lazy men to occasionally maybe DO something that involves physical effort. He's also relentlessly stubborn and has an ego that borders on hubris sometimes.

In THIS universe, he is a mage from Sanctuary. He got a bunch of magical degrees, then left to go run his parents estate after they died. Several decades later, Union kicked Gigas out of Sanctuary. A few months after that, the University of Union declared that it was going to open a department of magical studies. The Powers That Be in Sanctuary sent Ridcully to run it, as there weren't any experienced local mages in Union who were interested in running it themselves.

He's a Grass/Fire Child of Knowledge Unbound, and he has a Bulbasaur that likes wrestling. I just made up the wrestling thing right now.

This is Shini with her second character, Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter. He's a gentle, protective and intelligent young man... who happens to be a ghost in this AU.

He's arriving while on the search for people he wanna revenge on, but he can't help but get involved when people need help. Kurapika is a Steel/Ghost Analyst, has a blind Pumpkaboo as a companion, and chains with enough tricks to them that chains is now no longer a word to me.

Also apologies in advance to everyone with bug-type pokemon... his username is very telling about how he feels about creepy-crawlies (least in this AU)

This is Prof! I'm joining this game after like 2 years of waffling, with Suika Ibuki of Touhou Project fame.

TLDR version: Canon Suika is a tiny and absurdly OP oni who spends all day getting drunk at parties and picking fights with strangers. AU Suika is a Fanalis like Morgiana, having just arrived at Union with no agenda or ulterior motives whatsoever. Next objectives: Get drunk, find cool people, fight the cool people, drink with the cool people, drink while fighting. God of War, Ghost/Fighting, has one Slakoth.

Hey everyone! Fresh meat to Brave New World here, going by the name Triad Orion, or just... Triad, to most. I've been eyeing this game for quite a long time and doing what I should've done ages and ages ago.

I've apped in here this guy, Adell, from Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories. He's a hotblooded hero, with a passionate heart filled with justice, honesty, and fair play... from a canon full of goofball demons who are all mostly Chaotic Neutral. ...So he's sort of the perpetual straight-man, but he's certainly not above it all. Still, despite the shounen hero type, Adell's not brainless, and is actually quite sharp.
