Character Name: Estelle Bright
Blurb: Estelle is the daughter of a famous former Calderan General and Seeker, who is now trying to be a Seeker just like dad! But exceed him, because she's kinda egotistical. She's cheerful, exuberant, loud, and reckless. And looking for all of your stuff.

AU Info: Oops, I just described it up there.

Pre-Existing CR: For people from Caldera, absolutely, and other longer-term Seekers may have known/may have heard of her dad, Cassius Bright. He's kind of a legend. Estelle knew plenty of people in Caldera. I'd love for preexisting CR there.

Looking for: Friends and comrades especially! Estelle needs more people to hang around with, and occasionally annoy. I'm game for her meeting pretty much anyone. Rivalry and antagonistic CR is also fantastic, and I'd be happy to set any of that up.

Potential Connections: She's in the Seekers, for one. I'm thinking of organizing a little meet and greet with new and old Seekers, which I'll try to mention on Plurk, too. That seems like it'd be fun and help with building even more CR within the group!

She's also looking around Union, trying to get a feel for it. I want to have her look into the Old City and bring people with; I'm also game for running into people elsewhere, outside of that.

Other Info: If you like JRPGs, Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky is on Steam for $20 and is seriously one of the best games I've ever played. Yes. Shamelessly plugging.

Sooo, Lute here is also from a prominent Calderan family (his mother is on the council of elders and his father is a high ranking officer in the Battalion of Steel.) and he also recently joined the seekers.

Would you be interested in working out some pre-existing cr?

This sounds like a wonderful idea to me! Since both their fathers were ranking officers in the Battalion, they could easily have met when they were kids, even?

Estelle's dad quit the army eleven years ago, but he kept in touch with old army buddies too.

Lute is fifteen and a huuuge nerd. He's always got his nose in some kind of book. His father wanted him to join the military as well, and Lute is actually a really talented fighter, so maybe they trained together? But sadly he has no interest in that. His mother is pushing him into a political career and he is not supposed to be in the Seekers. She's going to be awfully mad when she finds out, so expect Lute to pretty much beg Estelle to keep it a secret. He's also really smart but so very scatterbrained it's ridiculous.

Oh, this sounds excellent! Estelle is not a nerd in the slightest; she's an athletic tomboy, who loves fishing, sparring, and sports. She has a thing with a brand of Calderan shoes called Stregas.

She'd have trained with him -- maybe a lot, to try to help him catch up. She'll keep his secret, or at least try. Estelle's... impulsive. So she might slip up at some point. But she'll stick by him and try to help him as a fellow Seeker!

And I was thinking of trying to get an exploration log for some of the newer Seekers going. Maybe explore the Coastal Valley ruins? Would you be interested?
