Character Name: Banzu | Original Character

AU Info: A teenage Engineer who avoids getting close to people and doesn't like to feel like he isn't earning his keep, both due to issues with his childhood that desperately need resolving. Currently the proud owner of the only boat in the game.

Pre-Existing CR: He's worked at the Laboratories for a couple of years at this point, and for the past six or seven years he's done engraving, repairs, and odd jobs, so anyone who may have worked with him or hired him could know of him.

Looking for: Characters who want to explore the seas, characters who are interested in seafaring, characters who want him to build stuff for them, clingy characters who want to be around him for some reason, I'm open to pretty much anything.

Potential Connections: Banzu isn't at the Laboratories as much as he used to be, but he frequents the Salvage Shop and of course he has the port and the Pathfinder. Really, if you want CR with him just have your character charter a ride to the island and we can work out something.

Other Info: I'd love for the port to take off and grow. Does your character want to build themselves a seaside home? A boat of their own to compete with Banzu's? A place to do mad science away from the rest of Union? I welcome any and all plots in and around the port (...so long as the port remains at least mostly intact afterwards). Also, I still want someone to suggest naming the port.


Character Name: Apollo | Genesis of Aquarion OVA

AU Info: A 14-year-old Ranger (yes he's a kid even though he looks and acts older; the OVA is hard to get good icons from okay) who just wants humans and Pokémon to get along with each other. He's also a reincarnation of a Pokémon from the time of the Savior, though he doesn't know that yet.

Pre-Existing CR: He's been a Ranger for around three years now; a Ranger that young tends to attract notice, plus there's the general coworker stuff. Also, other reincarnations.

Looking for: Anything. He's getting more and more interested in exploration, but he also connects to Pokémon easier than humans so he needs more human interaction.

Potential Connections: The Outpost, but he can also be found out in the field a lot, doing Ranger stuff.

Going out to sea does sound like something Yuuna might eventually return to Banzu about.

And Apollo and Yuuna might be able to do something, if you were up for it? She's got the exploration bug herself, and might possibly could end up as an older friend sort of thing(she's 22) She's not so awkward, but generally is friendly and understanding enough that she isn't threatening.

I am super-eager for seafaring stuff, especially because being trapped in close quarters with other people means Banzu can't escape CR.

I'm also up for Apollo stuff! Pretty much as long as Yuuna isn't mean to Pokémon or people (seriously Gigas, start kicking Lilipups or something so Apollo can hate you) he'll be fine with her. He's a nice guy but boy can he be hard to get meaningful CR out of.

Sadly, for obvious reasons Apollo can't join in on seafaring exploration.

This is the wrong account but...who knows, maybe Rei would work out someday too.

Boats would be great. And Yuuna could tie her Avalugg up alongside if Banzu needed to get away.

And no, god, Yuuna is the nicest person. Unless you hit some very specific triggers, and even then she's more prone to stamp her feet and storm off rather than be *mean*

Speaking of Rei, there's the whole reincarnation thing going on with Apollo (see here for what that's been AUed into on Apollo's end). Setsuna-mun and I are planning an encounter regarding that when she gets back; I don't know where Rei stands with the Senshi yet but it may filter down to her depending on how that log goes and what the Senshi know about their pasts.

Banzu would not be happy about being given a tow no matter how dire the situation. It's kind of an insult to his engineering abilities. XD;

Apollo's triggers are basically "hurting Pokémon/nature in general unless it's to feed or protect yourself in which case don't make them suffer and don't waste anything" and "hurting people he cares about", in which case his calm self vanishes and he starts punching and TKing stuff.

Well we'll see! Rei's starting to get to know Makoto, Michiru, and Usagi so far. Maybe it'll get back to her, she'll certainly be interested in hearing the story.

And as for Banzu...well, no, Avalugg would be the one needing the tow. Do you honestly think something that big can outswim a boat? XP I meant more if Banzu needed to escape Yuuna's chattering.

And yeah, no absolutely not, Yuuna is the same. She'll only hurt people that do basically the same things...and she's a bit patriotic.

Since Apollo's already talked to Kaido, we could totally build something from there if you want? His pokemon in particular are generally friendly, and a couple of them are trying to get Kaido to make friends who aren't his "family" so.
