A city besieged - OOC

Now that the Advance Party has reached Caldera, a Waypoint has been established. Characters can now travel instantaneously to Caldera. However, the Waypoint can only send a few people at a time. Using the Waypoint uses a great deal of power, and it cannot be activated again for an hour or so. ICly, this means that your characters are free to move between the cities at will, but due to the limitations you can’t really abuse it to move large amounts of people.

As of now, the Advance Party sign-ups are now closed. The city of Caldera, as well as the Western Desert and the Flower Grove are open to all players for bonding. Those bonding requests that were held will be processed shortly.

As mentioned in the IC post, the General has some ideas of how to repel the forces. For the next few days, players will have the ability to gather information from Caldera natives and plan their next moves. Expect a few more NPCs to surface in the next few days! Using this information, you may plot out what you want to do. As you may recall, you were recently given the opportunity to sign-up for Aggression or Diplomacy, here is where you will have the opportunity to plan and solidify groups. In order to ensure speedy log progress when we get underway, please break into smaller groups of no more than 4 characters. We will ensure there are scenarios for all smaller groups to take part in.

Edit: Players are highly encouraged to be creative in their solutions, be it working within the presented framework or going off the rails and coming up with their own solutions! Those who really go above and beyond and come up with interesting ideas may draw the attention of something that will lead to interesting things down the line!

Please specify whether you are preparing for the refugees at home in Union or escorting them back to Union

I think for the sake of a little extra action, Hiroshi will help escort the refugees.

Alice Cure Rosetta will be helping getting refugees out of the city and lead them back to Union along with defending anyone from danger.

No flashy masks and outfits this time, though.

Garen will be escorting. He'd prefer at least one member of the Swords with him in case of trouble, but he isn't picky as long as his group will do their part. 

If Garen gives the word Robin will help him with the refugees since I don't think he would really go all out aggressive nor would he really be diplomatic.

Sure! Chie needs at least one full member to essentially babysit her or she's not allowed to go on the mission, so that works out well. She is going to try to find her friend Morgiana at some point while she's working on escorting the refugees, though.

Ingrid has spoken to Morgiana once before and Morgiana made a good first impression, so she would have no problem with helping Chie look or keeping an eye out or whatever.
