Hello, I'm Kiwi and I'm sliding in here with this bearded asshole protag from that one Bioware dating game about dragons and stuff. In canon he ends up as a powerful and influential voice stuck in the middle of crappy rich-people politics. In AU he's a country bumpkin fresh from the farm and wandering about lost in the big shiny city. For all the juicy details you can peek at my app here, if that kind of thing is of interest to you.

I'm planning an IC intro for sometime this weekend, probably Saturday, since that is tomorrow and I'm excited to jump in!

I never understood the DotNW hate. I thought it was a fun game...;w;

I didn't realize new info was out about Aster, though! That shows how much I pay attention to these things, I guess. Oops. >.>

It really was! Sure, there are some things that I don't like (original party members being set level/equipment, changed VA's) but I loved the game! Battles and the new characters were awesome!

Well, he is in a chapter in the novel that came with the CE of Chronicles, and he is featured in a few chapters of the Richter side manga, though I don't know how long that's been out. I only found out about these things...a short time before I apped Aster here, actually. :D;

Iiiii may have turned off the extraneous VOs. The voice work for battles was okay, but cut-scenes were kind of cringe-worthy, so I just opted out.

Ah hah! That makes sense. The corners of the internet I poke around in don't tend to turn up a lot of Tales of news.
