Hello you lovely people! I am bringing this lovely spaz right here to the fair city of Union, and I am looking forward to playing in this game with of you ^^

In canon Fai is a ridiculously overpowered ball of equal flaily flamboyance and angst who despite his best efforts is kind of a really sweet and loving person, and also a like 200-year-old wizard vampire and double prince (wow that didn't sound ridiculous at all). In the game, Fai will a Psychic/Flying Analyst, and also a kind of spoilt - if not pampered - society kid who wants to run off into the wilderness and be a researcher. Anyone who wants previous CR will have it because he needs ALL THE PEOPLE to annoy flirt with put in dresses hang out with.

...yes. Yes he is. Because while Fai certainly is enthusiastic about exploring the wild, and has a lot of theoretical knowledge about things, he has spent all of his life in the city, living in an upperclass home. He... really has no clue what he's doing \o/

That's what happens when you're the imperial prince of one country, escape from it, and end up being the adopted son of the king of another country. Even disregarding the Sea of Angst that he swims in, Fai's life is ridic.

Anywho I know precisely dick about Fai's canon, but as a DARK/Flying analyst, I feel like there's some kind of CR to be had here. Even though from your little blurb up there it would seem like he has absolutely nothing in common with Zarvora beyond their typing and "class".

This is a canon that has at least once held the record on TV Tropes for the most references to the Mindscrew trope. Convoluted doesn't even begin to cover it ;)

And gosh, that is the best kind of CR, though. When you have nothing in common, that is ^^ It only means weird and interesting directions. Although eeeeeek Dark types are scaryyyy

Perfect, I need people who can be intimidated by her. Especially since she's not terribly powerful for an enlightened. Her big thing is being immune to psychic powers, and she's far more likely to hire people to do exploring FOR her than she is to go out and do things for herself.

I could sort of see someone she hired thinking "She's intense and creepy, but the money's good."
