Meet Kanji Tatsumi, originally from Persona 4!
He's a Fighting/Electric type, with the Engineer ability. Loud and scary on the outside, squishy and sweet on the inside, and around here, totally unashamed to admit to his love of the cuteness. He's been a bit of a troublemaker recently, getting into fights and the likes... but he doesn't mean to be trouble as such, so much as he's confused as hell about how to be 'strong' as he promised his dad. For the time being, he's decided that that involves running off to be a Trainer...

He's got a post up on the planning memes here if anyone wants to come plot things with this loudmouth. Otherwise, I'm around at sleepyphoenix for chatting and plotting and all that good stuff: see you guys around!
