Activity Check rules

Since we're still new, we won't be starting activity check until next month, but here are the rules so everyone can be prepared.

-Activity requirements are 10 comments spread among at least 2 characters.
-A post can be used in lieu of 5 of the comment requirements, but only one post may be submitted per activity check.
-If you have maximum slots (5 characters) and would like an additional slot, you may post double activity for ALL active characters in a single cycle to open up an extra slot. Subsequent activity cycles will not require any more than standard activity to maintain, but there is no limit to additional slots that may be acquired in such a fashion. When acquiring additional slots, you may use 2 posts if desired to fulfill half of the requirement.
-If you do not post activity within a week, you will be warned. Warned characters have a further week to post activity.
-If you fail to post activity after being warned, your character will be removed from the game. For storyline purposes, they will be lost in the wilderness.
-If you have additional slots and one of your characters is ejected from the game in such a manner, you will lose slots based on the number of characters ejected, to a minimum of the standard 5.
-Characters on hiatus are exempt, you may hiatus for up to 2 months.

That should cover it! Again you do not need to post activity this month, this is just a reminder and a description of the rules.

QUESTION. Idk how much this will affect me, but just for reference sake what happens if you app a character say in the last week or two of a month? Would they still require to make AC for the month they apped into?

Good question!

We're going to say that characters who app in the latter half of the month will be exempt from having to make activity check. They'll just have to respond to let us know they're around.

Just checking: when you say "10 comments spread among at least two characters" do you mean we need to tag with two separate characters?
