Hey, everyone!
This is Stark once again, player of Waver Velvet (untalented) bringing in another opinionated person from a strange land. Meet Kon Shinonome-- traveller from the plains of Citadel who is intent on finding out a few things about the lost little Litwick he found out there and gain a better understanding of his own Enlightened abilities. He's a Dark/Ghost Engineer who is easily bored-- so it's really fortunate that Union is going to need all the extra hand it can get to rebuild!
Due to the nature of his abilities, I've drafted up a Permissions post for you all to peruse and fill out at your leisure. Otherwise, he has a Plotting Post up (though it's a little bit out dated), and you can always hit me up on Plurk (@ starkxravingxmad) for all of your plotting needs.
He's going to be blowing into Union by way of Caldera, and he's been travelling for a while. He's also impulsive, and loves a good fight, so if anyone wants to say that they butted heads (literally) with him at any point in time, that'd be sweet.
Post will be incoming as we find out more about the fall out from this mess, but I'm hoping everyone enjoys him!
