Hi everybody! Tex, that guy who plays Elly and Cecilia here.

This is a third character (I have a problem), Wiegraf Folles from Final Fantasy Tactics! He used to be a revolutionary who led a group called the Duskull Brigade. They were somewhere between a glorified neighborhood watch, a political street gang, and an actual revolutionary movement. A couple years ago, though, they kidnapped a nobleman and everything went pear-shaped. The Guards (and maybe some Rangers, too!) got called in because it was near one of their bases. Wiegraf ended up in jail; his sister was exiled past the walls after she injured a few Guardsmen in the fighting, and Wiegraf has become really, really bitter.

After he got out, the Swords of the Savior recruited him; now he wants to change Union from within and also get back at the Guard because he has so much hate.

How long has he been out of jail? If it's more than a few months, he might have known Beast Boy who was in the Swords for a short while.

Ooh, yes, this'd be good if the timeframes lined up. He's been out of jail for six months, in fact!

He'd know Beast Boy as that one kid who tried really hard but couldn't QUITE keep up with the Swords' expected levels of discipline and self sacrifice.

Oh ho. Yes, sounds good! Wiegraf probably tried to help Beast Boy out since he looks out for younger comrades and whatnot. So he probably doesn't have a lot of hard feelings at BB about leaving, at least.
