I'm Saff, and I'll be bringing in Irvine from Zoids: Chaotic Century/Guardian Force. AKA that same show Moonbay's from. His past, considering this is AU, is pretty irrelevant here, which is good enough as there was never much in canon to begin with, but in game he'll be coming in as a Dark-type Enlightened Absol shifter. His starting Pokémon is his sister's Flabébé, thankfully pocket-sized and easy to carry around, since he's a Ranger. He's a bit rough around the edges, but a good guy at heart.

which is to say I totally had a crush on Irvine hello, I'm Jan-- I play Jean Kirstein (from Attack on Titan,) an idiot who's also a bit rough around the edges (though in a pissbaby kind of way.) Jean is in the Guard though, so maybe he'll see him around!

It's just as likely that Irvine's heard of Jean in some way-- he's that really annoying guard who whines a lot, unfortunately.

And yeah, I bet it's pretty likely he has heard of him, or seen him around before considering Irvine goes in and out of the city. I don't know too much about AoT except through osmosis and an AoT Abridged episode, but I still know bits and pieces about Jean.

On the bright side, you don't have to know much about Jean from where I'm basing him, since he's very much at the bratty-loud-and-annoying stage.

Actually, the Abridged version isn't too far off. The main difference is he has a soft spot for pokemon and has tiny wings on his lower back thanks to being half-Flying Enlightened and if you ever want to be screamed at, simply mention them in his presence and he'll flip his shit.

Really, he'll get better... someday...
