Welcome! I'm Brantron, and among a few others, I've got Lenna Tycoon from Final Fantasy V here as a potential fellow noble and peace-loving type person for Quatre to be friends with. 8D

Is his family on Union's Council or is he from Caldera?

Lenna's a princess in her original canon. Here she's just the daughter of a member of Union's council - who happens to be missing, so she's actually the head of the Tycoon family now. They tend to be involved heavily in charitable works that benefit Union's poor and refugees from other cities. If you'd like to work out some preexisting CR, it's possible Lenna's father knew or worked with one or both of Quatre's parents to some degree.

Oh wow, that makes things perfect! I think it's more than likely that he would have known her at some point!

I think it would be possible that her father would have known both of his parents then! But knowing how Quatre was back then, I think he would have probably been kind of distant toward her though.
