I really enjoyed this last event! It was great to have a wide variety of characters with fleshed-out personalities for the groups to interact with - this was the first event since Caldera where I ended up stalking everybody's portions of the plot log because I wanted to find out what would happen next. So for the events where humans are the opponents, etc, I thought this system worked well. Same with having a home base at Union - it made the event feel more cohesive, like all of this was "really happening".
Re: the people/legendaries divide, I like both halves and it seems to me like one leads naturally to the other? The more humans make war/peace/negotiations/snarky comments at each other, that all impacts what the gods do next. So I guess my vote goes towards legendary events sparked by human events. There's been a good balance so far between "talking" events and "fighting" events, too, which is also nice.
I don't think I really have much more to add here aside from THANK YOU to mods and helpers for this past event! A lot of hard work clearly went into it and from where I'm standing, it paid off. :)
