Jinxie here is a Ghost/Psychic type trainer who specializes in creating charms. She's related to Maya Fey through a branch family, and lives in a corner of the city that has a reputation for being haunted because of all the Ghost type Pokemon and trainers that live there. If you want, it's fairly likely that these two may already be acquainted.
