DDF people (and anyone with the misfortune to be in the same area at the same time)! Would anybody be interested in a raid group that is, itself, a trap for the raiders? Depending on how far Teleport can reach it'd either be the strike force itself serving as bait, or it'd be a bunch of innocent-looking people who'll send an SOS when they come under attack and then (assuming Michiru and Waltz are on board) suddenly there's a bunch of very angry Trainers and Pokémon swelling the Union ranks. The objective would be to capture and interrogate a member of the raiding party to determine who's behind these attacks and why.

Haruka'd be forming this plan with the DDF, but anybody who likes the idea of being part of something like this is welcome to encounter the "bait" group before the raid so they're there when it happens. If anyone has critiques or suggestions about how to make this work, that's also welcome! She just wants to turn the tables on these jerks and doesn't trust the Swords to handle it after that politician was so....capably...guarded.
