Chie here will be heading to Caldera with the Swords of the Savior, ostensibly being watched over by one of the commander types once it's hashed out who among them is going. My tentative plan is to have her helping defend refugees, and she will probably end up with Morgiana at some point.
Jinxie is going to work on the supply lines shuttling stuff back and forth. She's not much for front line combat and has over 20 Pokemon at her disposal, so she's fairly well-suited for this.
Merrill will be assisting refugees on the Union end of things, helping them get temporary housing and food and whatnot.
Squid Girl, for the moment, probably won't be getting deeply involved in this, but could be convinced by the right people.
