Ceireia - Will definitely want in on this to help people. I'm currently trying to decide between Diplomacy or Refugee Protection. She's not much of a fighter, but she has a lot of status affecting moves at her disposal. She's also been trained as a medic.

Eve - Aggression team. She won't be very stealthy about it, but with her and her team's electrical attacks and simply brute force, they should be able to help tremendously.

Renko - Diplomacy. Being a former resident of Gigas, she feels it's her responsibility to help and try to set things right.
