Jinxie here is a Ghost/Psychic Kindred Soul who spends a lot of time out in the forest and especially at the shrine, and has the ability to passively sense the presence of Ghost and Psychic Pokemon if she concentrates. If you'd like some pre-CR with her, it's probably pretty likely she and Petra have run across one another at some point. :)
