ANYWAY this dude here is Magicman.EXE from the Megaman Battle Network series, where small children fight cyber-terrorism with their portable AIs and it is generally good fun for all except for all the times where it isn't. He's kind of a weirdo in the show. Sadly (or not?) this incarnation of him will not be any less weird. He's very polite but also liable to mess around, apparently not take things seriously, mess with people, be generally cryptic and not reveal anything important about himself ever, etc. Things he takes seriously: Pokemon and medicine.

He is also a homunculus created from the ground up by his master, and was mostly raised outside Sanctuary before the Gigan occupation, making him upwards of 40 years old, but that is a Super Secret (tm). The homunculus thing, anyway. He'll be doing his best to hide it and pass it off as generally being a weird Enlightened because he has a complex about that sort of thing.

Also, his name is Magnolia here because flower names make more sense than "a name a young child would come up with" does in this context.
