Sup, people?

Levi here, bringing back Kyouko Sakura from Madoka Magica! She hasn't done a whole lot during her downtime, but she decided to come back after spotting a certain blonde she used to know! For those who missed her the first time, she's a Fire/Psychic Child of the Howling Gale from Citadel, who's sort of like a vigilante. She also happens to help herself to people's food stores from time to time.

Anyway, I'll have her IC re-intro up shortly, and as always I can be poked on Plurk at thecaffeinator!

Sanctuary Conclusion and Announcements

Hey folks! Final update on the Sanctuary situation here! After another tense week of deliberations, the Council of Union sent out the following demands and sanctions to the Magi of Sanctuary:

-The Homunculus program may be allowed to continue provided that all experimentation is performed on volunteers and provided that all Homunculi are given the aid they need to live a normal existence.
-Provided the previous, trade will continue, but no money earned from trade should be used on funding the program.
-Immigration will continue, and no citizens from Sanctuary will be barred from Union so long as they operate under Union law.
-Efforts to include Sanctuary in the Warp Band network would be made, though as of yet, the network does not quite reach Sanctuary.
-The Council remained quiet concerning any information about legendaries, previous events, or other pertinent world news.

After hearing these demands, the Magi of Sanctuary... agreed to the proposals! No sanctions were imposed on their end, and all citizens of Union are allowed to travel freely to Sanctuary as they please.

The city of Sanctuary has therefore been added to the map! However, due to the fact that the city is currently outside the Warp Band network, Pokémon in Sanctuary may not be bonded with. Sanctuary, however, does sell Pokéballs that may be used to capture these Pokémon. As a reminder, you may not use an Intensive Search for two weeks after map reveal. Additionally, no one player may uncover more than two Pokémon in a new area.
