Levi here with a new OC!
Meet Xiu, a ghost/fairy type enlightened who's bound to a handful of musical instruments, who has no memory of her previous life and doesn't realize she's actually a ghost. She's laid back, has a love for cutesy things, and likes nothing more than to sit back and play music for all who will listen!
She's completely new to Union, but any Calderans who were around before Gigas laid siege on their city might remember seeing her around on the streets.
Anyway, I'll probably get some sort of IC intro up tonight or tomorrow!
