More Area Unlocks and Event Info!

As you can see, a new city has been discovered and will now be open for exploration and bonding! As a note, when a new area is revealed for bonding, we’d like to ask that players refrain from revealing everything with all their characters all at once, if possible. We won’t yell at anyone if it happens, but for the sake of courtesy, we’d like to ask a limit of 2 Bonding requests per player in a new area and 1 Intensive Search. Also, as the area is very high-leveled, the new Level Cap is now Level 46.
Citadel is where the nomadic Valkyries gather yearly; it's a city built upon one massive tree extending upwards into the sky, each enormous branch its own road. The majority of the Valkyries are migrants, but there are homesteads here for those who choose a more stable life. The people of Union are now welcome to explore Citadel if they can make it there, though the Valkyries are unlikely to be overly friendly.
You are welcome to respond ICly to both the Matriarch and the Seeker Leader.
The next event post that goes up will be the promised Event End, in which you will fight what probably amounts to nothing more than an unusually large Bidoof. Those Valkyries are clearly just overreacting. We're going to extend group randomization a little bit and roll them in 24 hours, on July 27th. The final conflict will be posted on July 30th.
