I think the only thing I could suggest is perhaps some sort of easier guide to read for people looking at the game or apping? I know helping several people out with their apps, that there is a lot of information to know just to write up an app. Right now it's not all in one spot that's easy to link or find- so stuff gets missed a lot or people end up very confused (like for example starter pokemon or what are okay AU histories or how Enlightened abilities work)! So maybe if there was some sort of post and/or directory to help people who are brand new figure out what they need to know- that might help? At least, make people less fearful or confused in joining the game and/or require less revisions when they do app.
