UPCOMING EVENTS AND HOLIDAYS
The following will be taking place over the month of July only, and may or may not be accompanied with a mod-run log. These include game-wide events, player plots and holidays celebrated around the map. Participation is encouraged but by no means required.

GIGAN MOBILIZATION
July 9th - July 16th

Spurred on by the attempt to free the captive Gods held beneath the city, the Emperor of Gigas has triumphed over his empire’s civil turmoil and marches on Union. Will the combined forces of Union and its allies be enough to stop his nefarious machinations?

CLASH OF THE GIGANS
July 17th - July 23rd

Union’s forces and Gigas’s forces meet to do battle. Will the Emperor take to the field himself? Will the giants that Union had tried to save? This might be the last chance anyone gets to liberate Maeve and Celito’s friends - and to stop Gigas’s expansionist policies in their tracks.

ONGOING EVENTS
These mini events have no active expiration date, and will continue until they are resolved, and may or may not have a lasting impact on the game as a whole. These mini-events can be initiated by any players in the game through a plot request (submitted here), and may garner the attention of an event-specific NPC, so be on guard!

UNITED
After the attacks on Union, the city works to rebuild. Players are encouraged to incorporate this into their posts.

MAP EXPAND
With the recent signal expansion, there are still many areas yet to be explored! Trainers seeking new discoveries or experiences are encouraged to check them out!

CURRENT AREAS UNEXPLORED: Frozen Delta, Western Coast, The Great Crater

SWARM WATCH!
A swarm will appear in a location for two weeks. Pokémon in a swarm act as an Ultra Common to that area and scale with their level. Requests for a swarm Pokémon can be made in the Map Post for that particular week. Players are not required to make a post in the swarm area, but are highly encouraged. Shiny chaining does apply to swarms, and works the same way as in other areas. Swarm Pokémon are not eligible for blurbs and will follow the general behavior provided.

PANCHAM | CALDERA
Level 15
In the wake of the day of fire, a group of Pancham have just taken up residence in Caldera. They enjoyed the festivities so much that they’re not leaving. Unless bribed of course. They constantly behave as if drunk, and throw wild parties in the streets, disrupting all sorts of things. Once bonded, this behavior carries over...so c’mon party people!

RALTS | UNION
Level 10
With the Gigans on the move, the Ralts of the area have stirred themselves from their halls and come to the aid of Gondor Union. Riding forth in groups, these knightly Pokemon come with small standards and ready for battle. While inexperienced due to peacetime, they’re numerous and willing to fight. Chivalrous, kind, and eager, they practically beg for trainers so they can be of use against the enemy.
