Cities open and ready for apps!
The city of Glacier is now open for apps, the info post can be found here.
The city of Gigas is open to conditional apps, we will not be posting up a Gigas information page at this time but Gigas citizen apps will generally be much easier and the mods will be freer with day-to-day information. If you wish to app a Gigas citizen, please contact the mods (Plurk preferred).
