OOC Post - The White Dragon

The event has begun! As this is one of our larger events, we currently expect that it will run for about two weeks. Matriarch Frea and the people from the unknown city of Glacier are once again calling for aid against what appears to be a divine assailant; this time, it seems as if the people of Union will be required to travel quite a long ways towards the unknown east. Fortuitously, the Engineers of Union have finally finished using the power of the Mega Stones to expand the radius of the Warp Signal.

Characters may choose to stay in Citadel to help the Glacier refugees or travel towards Glacier to aid in rescue attempts.

The next portion of the event will begin Thursday, October 1st at midnight EST and will focus on the arrival of the characters into Glacier. The final battle will begin on Sunday, October 4th. For the rest of the event, we'd like to ask characters to divide into groups of 4-6 for logging. There will be a randomization option for those who have no group preferences here; groups will be rolled Wednesday night.

As a final note, the new map areas will not immediately open, but those who go to Glacier will have the opportunity to bond with Pokemon in some of the new areas. The full map expand will be revealed at the end of the event.

My other girls already have groups brewing, so I'm gonna put Lenna out here for anyone who wants her. She doesn't usually do these kinds of expeditions, but the map has expanded in a direction she's interested in and mentions of dragons are always meaningful for her. So if anybody wants to deal with a kindhearted Dragon type noble girl whose adventuring chops are pretty rusty, let me know! I'm open to whatever.

We will put up a log for this on Thursday as well! It will simply be player threading, however, as the mods will be preoccupied running the Glacier threads. Players may feel free to NPC refugees in this log as they please and thread with each other.
