Character Name: Sinbad
Blurb: Dragon/Psychic Kindred Soul with big ambitions to eliminate strife in the world, but until then he's happy to flirt around and cause/solve problems.

AU Info: He's from an isolated and very xenophobic city-state in the Archipelago that keep warring with it's neighbors, and ran off after stealing an important artifact from the ruins.

Pre-Existing CR: Sinbad was part trader and part adventurer, so he's been to a lot of places, so he could be someone that a person from out of town had encountered
Looking for: Well, perhaps a parental figure, and someone that will go along with his ridiculous ideas and cause mischief with him.
Potential Connections: He's part of the Seekers, and has been doing a lot of work for various people to save enough to open up his trading house.

Other Info: He has empathetic powers and with his third evolution the ability to sense what people want/desire/need, and he'll be getting a ridiculously fluffy mega evolution
