Hey, Brave New World! This is your latest newbie, Joysweeper, with a former resident of Caldera here. In the Legend of Korra, Kuvira was the final villain and the most redeemable of the lot. Here?
Kuvira was an abandoned child brought into the city, then fostered by an influential household. She's a Steel-type Enlightened who was groomed to be the protege of the head of the household, skilled in combat and dance, and guarding. While she participated in the war she was never in the thick of the fighting, but had more of a support role. I have a longer AU planning thing up here!
(Someone she could have done this to after they fell or were blown off a height would be amazing.)
